1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 536jl website, creating an account, or placing any wager or transaction on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of 536jl, including visitors who browse without an account.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using 536jl immediately and not create an account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of use.

2 Eligibility

536jl conducts age and identity verification as part of the registration and withdrawal process. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility checks is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on 536jl. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same individual, 536jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals without prior notice.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process or during subsequent identity verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 536jl will never ask for your full password by email or chat. All activity conducted through your 536jl account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified 536jl of a security issue. 536jl is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred because you failed to properly secure your login credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 536jl are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits are credited to your 536jl wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. For GCash and Maya, this is typically instant. Bank transfers processed via PESONet follow banking business hours and may take up to one business day. 536jl does not impose fees on deposits from our end, though your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed by 536jl within one business day in most cases, with GCash and Maya withdrawals typically completing within 15 minutes during operational hours. 536jl charges zero withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount that is sent to your nominated account.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your 536jl account must pass the applicable identity verification requirements. This may include providing a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 536jl offers:

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 536jl — including live casino games, slots, sports betting, Sabong, and Color Game — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game's interface.

Bets placed and confirmed are final. 536jl does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in specific circumstances defined under each game category's rules, such as a clearly identifiable technical error on the platform's end.

For sports betting, 536jl settles bets based on official results from the relevant governing body. For the PBA, results are taken from official PBA game records. For international competitions, results from the relevant federation apply. In cases of a game abandonment, postponement, or result dispute, 536jl's trading team will apply the settlement rules applicable to that sport and competition.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game or slot session, 536jl will review the session data and apply a fair resolution. Where a malfunction affected the outcome of a round, the round may be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's wallet. 536jl's decision in technical malfunction cases is final.

7 Responsible Gaming

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 536jl and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in table or card games to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes — including intentional disconnection strategies
• Laundering money or using 536jl for any illegal financial activity
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or operating an account for someone else
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls
• Posting abusive, threatening, or harassing content in any live chat or communication channel within the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the 536jl platform or any of its systems

536jl actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with the prohibited behaviours listed above. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed. Any winnings accrued through prohibited activity will not be paid out.

9 Privacy and Data

• Losses from unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to secure their login credentials

In all cases, 536jl's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's active wallet at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

You may close your 536jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance in your wallet (excluding active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method within one business day.

536jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is detected or reasonably suspected
• The account is found to belong to an ineligible person (underage, excluded, or banned)
• The account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Required identity verification documents are not provided within the specified timeframe
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months and has a zero balance

Where an account is terminated due to a Terms violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited at 536jl's discretion. If termination occurs without cause on 536jl's part, your verified balance will be returned in full.

12 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint about any aspect of 536jl's services — including game results, transaction processing, promotion application, or account decisions — please follow the process below:

1. Contact 536jl support first — email support@536jl.com with a clear description of your complaint, your account username, and any relevant transaction or game reference numbers. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours at this stage.
2. If not resolved, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal review from the 536jl compliance team. Escalation requests are acknowledged within 3 business days.
3. If still unresolved after the internal process, you have the right to raise the matter with the relevant gaming regulatory authority that oversees 536jl's license.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game or event result. Claims raised after this window will not be considered. All decisions made by 536jl after completion of the formal internal complaints process are final unless overturned by a regulatory authority.

13 Amendments to These Terms

536jl may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, payment processes, or game rules — 536jl will notify registered players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, may be made without prior notice. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using 536jl and may request account closure and return of your verified balance before the new Terms take effect.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. By using 536jl, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 536jl platform.

536jl operates under a license issued by the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. The platform is intended for use by Philippine residents and by individuals physically located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted.

If any clause of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that clause will be severed from the rest of the Terms. The remaining clauses will continue to apply in full and are unaffected by the severance.
